In spring 2020, Covid-19 increased both the order volume and health risk across a national eCommerce retailer's fulfillment network. The retailer needed to keep every center safe, sanitary, and fully operational.
The plan was straightforward: buy handwash stations and install them nationwide. But the equipment supply chain had seized up, and the required units were unavailable.

- Custom stations followed the required ADA dimensions, including a 34-inch maximum rim height, knee and toe clearance, and one-hand faucet operation.
- Available and custom-built units were deployed nationwide, then installed and maintained at the retailer's fulfillment centers.
