Marc founded LDR after years of managing dumpster and sanitation businesses. He has grown the company into a national provider of asset-light facility and site services, bringing experience from both sides of the industry: the clients who order and the suppliers who deliver.

Mike leads finance, accounting, tax, and legal. He brings 20+ years of financial operations experience in B2B services, including senior roles with full P&L responsibility at Triangle Services, kgb, and Warner Music Group.

Jason built and leads LDR's human-capital function, including talent acquisition, leadership development, total rewards, performance management, and workforce planning across national operations. His earlier work was in managed-services and manufacturing organizations.

Aquanda leads LDR's sales operations, customer experience, vendor relations, emergency services, and business technology. She brings 20+ years of operational leadership, including executive roles at One Call, where she led the integration of multiple acquisitions into one organization.

Jeremy leads national accounts and enterprise growth. His career has focused on helping enterprise organizations centralize on-site services, improve vendor management, and build the sales teams that support those accounts.

Brian joined LDR during its early startup phase and has spent 13+ years helping scale the company, including serving as General Manager beginning in 2015. He now leads strategic sales across key national accounts.

Nicole leads LDR’s Accounting & Audit functions, overseeing team performance and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. Since joining LDR in 2022, she has onboarded a new accounting team, implemented financial controls, and upgraded LDR to a new ERP (Netsuite) and tax platform (Avalara). She has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, beginning her career as an auditor at E&Y.

Britney leads LDR’s customer experience operations, driving strategies that strengthen service delivery, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the customer experience. She is passionate about developing high performing teams and building scalable processes that support LDR’s continued growth.

Joe leads LDR’s Emergency Services operations, overseeing team performance and operational execution. Since joining LDR, he has helped scale the company’s emergency response capabilities while building strong client relationships and supporting national accounts.

Kim oversees LDR's continuous improvement initiatives, technology optimization, data governance, and business process. She has 15+ years of leadership in technology, process, sales and business operations, including roles at Lumen Technologies and HCSC.

Ryan leads LDR's inbound sales, procurement, vendor relations, sales conversion, and project management teams. He brings over a decade of senior leadership experience in operations and revenue generation across industrial, manufacturing, and construction businesses, including as VP of Sales at Red Dot Buildings, where he helped grow revenue from $35M to $200M, and as Managing Director at Central States Manufacturing, where he led the largest division of one of the nation's largest metal building component manufacturers.
