Marc founded LDR with a vision for taking the complexity and worry out of onsite services for clients. He has led LDR from its inception into a national leader in the asset-light facility and site services sector. Prior to LDR, Marc spent years managing dumpster and sanitation businesses. These combined experiences give Marc a unique understanding of LDR’s industry, clients, and suppliers. Marc is passionate about building strong teams, implementing innovative solutions, and delivering exceptional value to clients nationwide.
Mike Graham serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for LDR Site Services where he leads the finance, accounting, tax and legal functions. Mike has over 20 years of experience in financial operations across B2B services specialized in driving profitable growth and diligent cost management. Prior to joining LDR Site Services, Mike held senior financial roles at Triangle Services, kgb, and Warner Music Group where he maintained full P&L responsibility and helped serve as a key driver of change.
Jason Callaway he has led the creation and continued evolution of the company’s Human Capital function that supports rapid organizational growth and operational excellence. Having built his career in industry leading managed services and manufacturing organizations, he brings deep experience aligning workforce strategy with operational performance.
As CHRO, he provides executive counsel to the leadership team on talent strategy, organizational design, and culture while ensuring LDR maintains a compelling Employment Value Proposition to attract, develop, and retain top talent across its national operations. His areas of responsibility include talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, total rewards, culture and engagement, performance management, and workforce planning, all designed to strengthen LDR’s ability to grow while maintaining a high-performing and values-driven workforce.
Aquanda Lewis serves as the Chief Operating Officer for LDR Site Services, bringing in over 20 years of experience in operational leadership. She has a proven track record of driving operational excellence, business process integration, and leading strategic technology initiatives.
As COO, she leads the transformation and evolution of the company’s Business Operations function, by aligning processes with strategic organizational objectives, optimizing efficiency, scaling systems, and driving data-informed improvements to the customer experience. She oversees sales operations, customer experience, vendor relations, emergency services, and business technology.
Before joining LDR, Aquanda held several executive positions at One Call, driving growth, operational excellence, product management, technology solutions, stakeholder experience, and the successful integration of multiple acquisitions to build a comprehensive organization.

Jeremy Zahn is the Vice President of National Accounts at LDR Site Services, where he leads strategic account growth and enterprise partnerships.
Jeremy brings a strong track record of building and scaling sales organizations, with a focus on driving revenue growth, expanding wallet share, and delivering operational efficiency for clients. He is known for developing structured sales motions, aligning cross-functional teams, and leveraging data-driven insights to uncover and execute on high-value opportunities.
Throughout his career, Jeremy has specialized in helping enterprise organizations streamline site services through centralized strategies, improved vendor management, and scalable solutions that support both cost control and operational performance. His leadership emphasizes relationship-driven growth, disciplined execution, and long-term strategic planning.
Jeremy is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating repeatable revenue engines that enable sustainable growth for both clients and the organization.
Chris Macabuhay is Vice President of Marketing with more than 20 years of B2B marketing experience, including 17 years in the equipment rental and environmental solutions industries. He specializes in building data-driven marketing programs that strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified demand, and support revenue growth.
Prior to joining LDR Site Services, Chris held marketing and CRM leadership roles with Ironclad Environmental Solutions, Mobile Mini, and BakerCorp, where he developed digital marketing programs, implemented CRM and ERP integrations, and built marketing technology platforms designed to connect marketing performance directly to sales results.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Arizona.
Brian has been a key contributor to the company’s growth for over 13 years. Joining LDR in its early startup phase, Brian has played an integral role in helping scale the organization into a nationally recognized, well-structured service platform.
Throughout his tenure, Brian has held multiple leadership roles, including serving as General Manager beginning in 2015, where he helped drive operational maturity, expand service capabilities, and strengthen internal processes. His career has been defined by a strong client-first mindset, with a focus on building long-term partnerships and delivering reliable, scalable solutions for complex, multi-site customers.
In his current role, Brian leads strategic sales initiatives across key national accounts, working closely with clients to align service execution with their operational goals. Known for his hands-on approach and deep industry knowledge, he continues to play a critical role in LDR’s ongoing growth and evolution.
