The Campus Schedule

Each phase of a campus build has its own vendor list.

Site work, shell, mechanical and electrical fit-out, rack deliveries, and operations all need different equipment. Without LDR, you must manage a prequalification packet, a schedule, and an invoice for each local vendor.

  • Crew counts change every month. A campus build can run from a few hundred workers to several thousand at peak, and every swing changes the restroom and handwash count.
  • Rack deliveries arrive as packaging. Pallets, crates, foam, and cardboard pile up at the fit-out dock faster than an open-top box clears them.
  • Most new campuses are located outside the metro. Two-thirds of planned U.S. data centers are in rural areas, where the nearest hauler or restroom vendor can be an hour away.
  • Every vendor has to pass security requirements. Insurance certificates, badging, and prequalification repeat for each new company on the site list.
The Account

Run every phase's site-service orders through one team.

Send each work order to LDR by phone or email or request quotes through Streamlink. Our team sources a vetted vendor, schedules delivery, services the equipment, and hauls it away. The campus needs only one point of contact and receives one invoice.

A dedicated vendor relations team manages 7,500+ vetted vendors across all 50 states, including the secondary markets where campuses are being built.

Campus Scope

One ordering path through all stages.

Site work & shell construction

Roll-offs, restrooms, fencing, temporary power, and lighting for grading, foundations, and structural work.

Mechanical & electrical fit-out

Debris boxes near each hall, handwash stations for dense crews, and lockable storage for staged materials and spares.

Rack & equipment deliveries

Cardboard, pallets, crating, and foam from server and equipment deliveries, handled through compactor service or scheduled hauls at the dock. Decommissioned IT assets stay with your ITAD vendor.

Operating campus

Loading-dock compactor service, scheduled hauls, and hygiene stations for outage and maintenance crews.

Expansion beside live halls

Fencing and barricades that separate the next construction phase from the operating campus, plus power and lighting for the new site.

Site access requirements

Share the badging, escort, delivery-window, and no-photography rules when you order, and LDR will build them into each vendor's dispatch.

Emergency Response

Dedicated emergency response.

LDR's emergency response team is available 24/7/365. Urgent requests do not enter the same queue as scheduled service.

  • Responders work from your site requirements. The team dispatches resources based on the access rules and contacts on file, not through an after-hours call center.
  • One call for all your needs.LDR coordinates all required equipment and services for every affected site.
  • More than storm coverage.A water-main break, fire, failed delivery, or contamination event reaches the same team at any hour.

Before You Ask

What data center teams consider before consolidating on-site services.

What we hear

“Our GC already has haulers on this campus.”

What we deliver
1invoice at month-end

Each vendor carries a packet, a schedule, and an invoice. LDR consolidates that administration under one team and one invoice.

What we hear

“Every company on this site has to clear our security requirements.”

What we deliver
0vendor W-9s left for your team to chase

LDR manages the vendor paperwork, including vetting, W-9s, insurance certificates, and follow-through. We dispatch vendors according to the access rules you set for the site.

What we hear

“This campus is 90 minutes from the nearest supply yard.”

What we deliver
50states covered by the vendor network

A campus outside the metro uses the same ordering path and receives the same service standard as one beside the interstate. LDR coordinates all services across the state.

What we hear

“The phase starts in 3 weeks. We can't wait on a vendor search.”

What we deliver
10,000+projects per year

LDR delivers 10,000+ projects each year through this model. Give us the mobilization date and the counts, and we'll schedule equipment before the trades arrive. If a unit fails, our team coordinates the replacement.

Getting Started

Test the service model.

Start with a 30-minute review of the campus schedule and recurring work orders. Then choose one phase, campus, or operating dock where LDR can demonstrate our service level on live orders.

01

Review the campus schedule.

Speak with an account manager about phases, crew counts, site access rules, and the vendors currently on the gate list.

02

Define a focused pilot.

Select one phase or dock and focus the pilot on existing orders.

03

Run live orders through LDR.

Evaluate delivery, service, communication, and invoicing on the pilot sites.

04

Expand across phases and campuses.

Add the next phase, operating campus, or market when the pilot has demonstrated your required service level.
