I had a great experience dealing with LDR Site Services. Another company left me scrambling to find dumpsters last minute, but LDR Site Services was able to get these delivered for us on the same day requested. Additionally, we were able to get invoices in a timely manner. It was truly an eye opening experience as to what customer service really is!

Today I am speaking about Tonya Sherrill. I had a conversation this morning with this very pleasant employee with LDR about confusion I had about our account. Tonya was a breath of fresh air when I was speaking to her as she was explaining to me in such a positive and energetic way she has about herself. She truly is a dynamic employee to have and definitely shows her maturity and respect for customers.

Everyone I talked with was friendly and professional. When I called to extend my time they were helpful. I am so glad that I chose this Company from the cleanliness of the restroom as well as the helpful staff. I would highly recommend this company.

I used this company to schedule a Portable Toilet for one of my customers. It was an emergency THE FRIDAY BEFORE LABOR DAY late in the afternoon. They were able to help me right away with the best service possible. We will be using them again for sure!!!!!

Local dumpster rental is always very helpful when we have an issue on a job site, it is so easy to get in contact with someone and get the customer taken care of and get us back on the road.

We have been working with LDR for dumpster rentals for over 2 years now- there really isn’t a more dedicated bunch of individuals to ensuring needs are met, I first worked with (and still do) Noah, Joe and Rebekah, but we have come to know and enjoy working with Summer and a few others on the team as well.

I’ve found LDR to be very easy to work with – they delivered the roll off dumpsters that I ordered on time with no problems. Everyone I’ve spoken with in customer service has been very helpful & friendly. Will definitely use again!

The LDR was very professional, Yolanda was very patient and very informative we will definitely use them again! Portal potty Unit was very clean and roomy. I ordered the unit at the last minute and other companies wanted to increase the price or stated they needed 48 hrs. Highly recommended LDR.
